Sun View Electric LLC is run by Samuel Bye. We do residential electrical, heating and cooling, and the excavation that goes with them, across Pierce County and into parts of Thurston and King.
Who we are
Family run, out of South Pierce
Sun View Electric opened in 2016 — the Washington electrical licence took effect on 20 July of that year. Samuel Bye has been the principal since the beginning. Same company, same name, same phone number.
We are based in Spanaway, at the south end of Pierce County, and most of what we do sits within a short drive of it. Our mail goes to a PO Box; the work itself happens at your house, your shop or your build site.
We hold both tickets. Washington contractor registration SUNVIVE776ML and residential electrical contractor licence SUNVIVE845MO are both active, we are bonded and insured, and you can check either one yourself at the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. UBI 604011134.
How we work
We start with what you want done
Every project gets looked at on its own. No two houses are wired the same way, and the right answer for a 1970s panel is not the right answer for a new build.
We are a family business working on other families’ homes. Electrical and heating are two of the systems that hurt people when they are done badly, so they get installed properly the first time. That is the whole standard, and it is not complicated.
Estimates are free, for electrical and HVAC both. Military members and senior citizens get 10% off. Financing is available through Wisetack.
