About us
A family business in Puyallup, licensed since 2016
Sun View Electric LLC is run by Samuel Bye. We do residential electrical, heating and cooling across Pierce County and into some of Thurston.
Who we are
Family run, out of Puyallup
Sun View Electric was founded in 2016 by Samuel Bye and has remained family owned and operated ever since. We started as an electrical company and later expanded to include heating and air conditioning, becoming Sun View Electric Heating & Air.
We’re based in Puyallup and serve homeowners throughout Pierce County and into Thurston County. Most of our work happens where you need us — at your home, shop, or jobsite — so there’s no showroom or storefront you need to visit.
We’re licensed, bonded, and insured and hold both our Washington electrical contractor’s license and Washington contractor registration.
- Contractor’s Registration SUNVIVE776ML
- Electrical Contractor’s License SUNVIVE845MO
- UBI 604011134
How we work
We Start with What You Need
Every project is different. No two homes are wired exactly the same, and the right solution for a 1970s electrical panel may look different from what makes sense in a new build.
We’re a family business working in other families’ homes. We understand that electrical and heating systems aren’t areas where shortcuts belong. Our job is to install them properly, safely, and with the right solution for the home — not simply the quickest one.
That’s our standard on every job.
Estimates are free, for electrical and HVAC both. Military members and senior citizens get 10% off. Financing is available through Wisetack.
