Common questions
Before you call
Does a new heat pump need electrical work?
In most cases, yes. A new heat pump typically requires a dedicated circuit, a properly sized breaker, a disconnect at the outdoor unit, and adequate space in the electrical panel.
Can I get air conditioning without adding ducting?
Absolutely. A ductless mini-split provides heating and cooling without the need for traditional ductwork. An indoor unit mounts on the wall and connects to an outdoor unit through a small set of refrigerant lines.
It’s a great option for older homes, additions, garages, or spaces where adding ductwork would be difficult, expensive, or simply not practical.
Do you work on systems you did not install?
Yes. We service and troubleshoot heating and cooling systems, even if we didn’t install them. That includes heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces and air conditioning systems.
Is financing available for a new system?
Yes. We offer financing through Wisetack. Estimates are free, and we take 10% off for military members and senior citizens.
